Maircadez is originally from New York but considers herself a Texan. She has been in the apartment management industry for 10 years and has a passion for our demographic. Maircadez went to college to be an RN but her path led her to our Active Adult platform. Maircadez has a 7 year old son, two cats named Monkey and Dinky, along with a big Olaf of a dog named Rupert. In her free time Maircadez loves to do DIY projects, play cornhole and spend quality time with her husband and son. Maircadez absolute favorite holiday is Halloween and her favorite season is Fall. Maircadez loves to travel, she has traveled to Jamacia, all parts of Mexico and the Bahamas. Her dream is to go to Germany, Ireland, Greece and Italy.

Steve is originally from Southern California where he lived for over 40 years, working in both the construction and apartment maintenance industry. Steve had his own construction company for 10 years, then decided to close the business and move to Texas back in 2015, along with his two Multipoo dogs, Dori (yes, it's from Finding Nemo since she would chase after thrown toys and then bang her head into the wall; every time!) and Petie. Steve has always loved working in maintenance and also enjoys maintaining a community that residents can be proud of and call 'home'. You can find Steve, on certain weekends, fishing on his boat with his wife, Cynthia, and when not on the lake he's busy working on home improvement stuff.

Keifer has been working with seniors for almost 15 years and is proud to be on the Active Adult team for Greystar. Starting out as a caregiver, she quickly realized how truly fulfilling it is to help people. She takes pride in being the person who can turn your frown upside down and is always bouncing around with a smile and a joke! In her free time, Keifer enjoys crafting, spending time with family and friends and snuggling on the couch with her 2 fur babies, Theo and Ezra!

Kirsten is an 8th generation Texan from Flower Mound Texas! She has been in property management for 5 years now, enjoys meticulously fixing up troubled properties and bringing life to new ones. Outside of work in her free time you can find her reading mystery novels and old classics. If not that she is at the lake with friends and family, fishing, and kayaking.
